Position Details:
• Join this established, long-standing ENT practice in their brand-new 40,000+ sq ft clinic, plus attached ASC, conveniently located across the street from the hospital
• Bread-and-butter cases; Specialty interests welcome - cochlear implant program, facial plastics, and more
• Top-ranked hospital for Inspire surgery for sleep apnea
• 7 ENTs, 4 highly experienced PAs, and 5 audiologists onsite
• Full autonomy to design your ideal 4-day work week (32 hours per week) with OR block scheduling
• Ramp-up quickly - group receives 1000+ monthly referrals
• No production quotas - option to have a relaxed practice or be as busy as you want to be

Compensation & Benefits:
• Providers in the practice making $750k-$800k+
• $650k base salary plus production bonuses
• $100k signing bonus, $10k relocation stipend, residency/fellowship stipend
• Generous PTO, paid holidays, comprehensive health/dental/vision coverage, malpractice with tail, and more
